• Develop and inspire a customer-focused sales team.
• Optimize performance of sales in parts, mobile, and service sales efforts.
• Ensure team members conduct themselves with integrity in alignment with company values.
• Manage employee, customer, supplier, and vendor relationships effectively.
• Recruit, develop, and retain high-quality associates in collaboration with Human Resources.
• Appraise employee performance and support training initiatives.
• Stay updated with regional and industry trends to identify new opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales management or a related field.
• Strong leadership skills to develop and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Ability to analyze sales performance and market trends.
• Experience with CRM systems, particularly Arcadium CRM.
