About the position

The Operations and Sales Manager will oversee daily operations and drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. This role requires a blend of operational efficiency and sales strategy, focusing on streamlining processes and expanding client relationships to meet organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Implement operational strategies and processes to improve productivity, quality, and profitability.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize resources, reduce costs, and improve service quality.
  • Develop and enforce operational policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, finance, and customer service, to streamline processes and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Identify and resolve operational issues to maintain high levels of service and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets and business growth objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, focusing on customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and understand competitor activities.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
  • Track sales performance, analyze sales data, and prepare regular sales reports to communicate progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns and promotions that drive sales growth.
  • Lead, mentor, and train a team of sales and operational staff to achieve company goals.
  • Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback to ensure continuous improvement and professional growth.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and results-driven work environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Sales, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in operations and sales management, ideally in ecommerce.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a demonstrated ability to motivate and drive performance.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with industry-specific regulations, standards, or processes.
  • Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of budget management, forecasting, and financial analysis.
