About the position

The Imaging Service Delivery Manager at Iron Mountain is responsible for overseeing and managing all operations related to the mail and image servicing team. This role involves leading multiple supervisors across various shifts, ensuring the team meets operational goals, and maintaining high standards of product delivery. The position requires a focus on process improvement, vendor management, and effective communication with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Oversees day-to-day operations of Imaging and Mail teams, including planning, documenting, and execution of targeted timelines.
  • Leads internal team calls with the operations teams and provides subject matter expertise support for solution engineering and ongoing process improvement.
  • Provides necessary support and feedback to the Client and Vendor Program Manager regarding operational updates, SLAs, timelines, and concerns from an Operations perspective.
  • Accountable for the quality and timely delivery of contractual items, ensuring all required resources are available for program operations.
  • Develops project plans and utilizes reporting tools to measure quality, security, timelines, and compliance with program requirements.
  • Identifies challenges and troubleshoots operational issues as they arise, escalating to the Director or appropriate team.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Operations or Facilities Management
  • 5+ years of experience in Financial Planning
  • Knowledge of Financial Forecasting, Labor Requirements, Financial Impact Reporting, and Multiple Facilities Management
  • Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills
  • Leadership and Team Development skills
  • Excellent Organization and Time Management skills
  • Ability to Effectively Implement Processes and Changes as Needed
  • Willingness to Travel to Multiple Facilities for Oversight and Management
