About the position

The Operations Solutions Architect will collaborate with Senior Leadership within Operations and Implementations to design and implement programs and services across the business. This role focuses on providing operational support for high-profile projects, managing business operations work-streams, and ensuring the successful execution of initiatives that improve health outcomes. The ideal candidate will possess strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, enabling them to drive the design and implementation of operational processes and projects effectively.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with Senior Leadership in Operations and Implementations to design and implement programs/services across the business.
• Support development, delivery & maintenance of training material and artifacts to ensure consistent execution across the team.
• Consult with Senior Leadership across the business to review and provide recommendations for future needs.
• Design and implement solutions leveraging data, incorporating applicable best practices with proven outcomes while supporting an agile business model.
• Drive successful deployments through rigorous project readiness.
• Support the adoption of innovation across the business.

Requirements

• 3+ years of business operations experience
• 3+ years of project management experience
• 3+ years of training experience
• Demonstrated experience of data analytic and problem-solving skills including analyzing, monitoring and creating solutions
• Proven process improvement skills/experience
• Proficient with MS Office Suite: Excel, Word and Visio
• Advanced PowerPoint skills.
