About The Position
The Operations Special Projects Coordinator is a contract role at Together Women's Health (TWH) that focuses on assessing partner provider groups and implementing operational best practices as directed by the Vice President of Operations. This position plays a crucial role in diagnosing practice-level operational issues and leading teams to successfully navigate roadblocks that hinder performance. The coordinator will be responsible for assessing team member training needs and implementing effective training programs to enhance operational efficiency. In addition to training, the role involves workflow redesign and implementation, utilizing change management best practices to ensure smooth transitions and improvements. The coordinator will also assess EMR (Electronic Medical Records) optimization needs and develop a comprehensive plan for implementation. A significant part of the job includes conducting practice-level direct and overhead expense analysis to identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvements. The successful rollout of all identified TWH “Best Practice” initiatives, as defined by the Vice President of Operations, is essential to achieve the specific outcome objectives set for each partner provider group. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to fostering a collaborative environment that supports the overall mission of TWH to improve the lives of healthcare partners and their patients.
