About the position

The Operations Specialist role is focused on coordinating the distribution of new trucks to their final destinations across the United States, Mexico, and Canada. This position requires a self-driven and motivated individual who can effectively analyze customer needs, communicate transportation information, and ensure compliance with regulations while maximizing delivery efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer needs and address issues related to the transportation of trucks.
• Communicate transportation information effectively to customers, team members, and management in a timely manner.
• Assist with load pairing at terminal locations to maximize delivery efficiency while ensuring compliance with DOT regulations.
• Review internal and external reports for accuracy, collaborating with the team to resolve any discrepancies.
• Support carrier assignments of loads at all terminal locations.
• Be flexible with scheduling to accommodate travel to various terminal locations as needed.
• Undertake additional projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Strong customer focus with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Proficient analytical skills and effective communication skills (both written and oral).
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willingness to travel within the United States and Mexico (10-20% travel requirement).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential.
