In addition to data entry, the Operations Specialist Associate will process incoming mail, verify the receipt of claims, and prepare documents for imaging. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. The Operations Specialist Associate may also be assigned other duties and responsibilities as needed, making adaptability and a willingness to learn important traits for success in this position. Responsibilities

  • Performs data entry on all incoming claims
  • Ensures data entry is completed in a timely manner and meets established deadlines
  • Processes incoming mail
  • Verifies and informs leader of receipt of claims
  • Prepares documents for imaging
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED
  • 1 year of data entry experience
  • Demonstrated ability to enter/key data at 8,000 kph or higher
  • Ability to apply basic mathematical skills and concepts while completing daily work responsibilities
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office suite or Mac Office
