About the position

The Operations Specialist at Sanctuary Wealth Group LLC is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the firm and supporting firmwide initiatives aimed at enhancing processes to facilitate the company's growth. This role involves close collaboration with the Supervision and Compliance Departments to ensure efficient execution of deliverables and assist partner firms with various financial products.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the timely execution, processing, and follow-up of the firm's held away business.
• Assist in the transfer of direct business for new Partner firms.
• Conduct new Partner direct business reviews and carrier setup.
• Provide exceptional support, including answering general questions, providing transfer status updates, linking carriers, processing commissions, and developing new processes.
• Oversee insurance appointments and continuing education for Sanctuary employees.
• Act as a liaison between Financial Professionals, clients, and internal departments to ensure effective communication.
• Ensure all department work is processed accurately, timely, and completely.
• Implement and train others on processes and procedures as needed.
• Retain knowledge of several systems and processing guidelines.
• Cross-train as required to support back-office operations initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or relevant industry experience required.
• Experience with operational platforms such as Schwab, Pershing, and Fidelity.
• Experience in the independent financial services space.
• Experience with annuity and insurance processing.
• Willingness to learn and complete various functions within Operations as assigned.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

• FINRA Licensed 7, 66 or 63 (or willingness to attain) preferred.
