Responsibilities

  • Answers inbound communications to service accounts, fulfill requests, or address issues.
  • Handles incoming and outgoing USPS, FEDEX, and courier mailings.
  • Performs various operational tasks during customer, vendor, and associate inquiries.
  • Streamlines workflow for other associates through operational activities.
  • Uses deposit and mailroom equipment such as check scanners and postage meter machines.
  • Handles direct customer payments and deposits, including cash handling and processing.
  • Maintains and updates department records physically or within a system.
  • Reviews and maintains knowledge of laws, regulations, and policies affecting job duties.
  • Completes customer requests for supplies or information in a timely manner.
