As an Operations Specialist I at Royal Bank of Canada, you will serve as the dedicated resource for the new technology platform, Account Onboarding and Services (AOS). You will independently address escalated questions while following established department procedures and seek assistance from your manager when necessary. Additionally, you will play a key role in reducing risks and increasing efficiencies by suggesting process changes and system modifications. Participation in the testing and implementation of new systems and processes will also be part of your responsibilities. You will provide accurate analysis and processing support for manual, exception-based, complex, and specialized processes within the operations department. Your attention to detail will be crucial as you review, verify, and record data accurately into the technology systems that support department processes.
