Responsibilities

  • Independently resolving customer or client issues.
  • Maintaining and developing key client relationships through efficient and professional communication.
  • Participating in projects and recommending operational procedure changes for departmental efficiencies.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in banking or accounting work experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities
  • Highly analytical and detail-oriented
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven transferable skills and the ability to adapt to change.
