About the position

The Operations Specialist at Medline Industries is responsible for ensuring proper inventory management across all branches of the division. This role involves coordinating with Product Managers and Inventory Management to enhance customer service and support activities related to Customer Instrument Sets. The position offers a hybrid work model and requires effective communication and organizational skills to manage various operational tasks.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of the Instrument ETA and expediting requests with vendors
• Assist in overflow of Custom Instrument Set building and delivering
• Work with AP to resolve any vendor discrepancies
• Manage rep communication and item movement for the Surgical Instrument Loaner Pool
• Manage the relationship between division and Instrument repair company
• Review backorder report, surplus report, HOTSHEETS, and open Purchase Order reports.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year relevant business or administrative support experience
• Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel
• Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Access
• Intermediate analysis and math skills.
