About the position

The Operations Specialist, Level II position at Adecco involves supporting the registration and maintenance of legal entities and branch offices, ensuring timely responses to inquiries, and participating in process improvement projects. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Support initial registration and maintain registrations for legal entities and branch offices.
  • Ensure timely response to inquiries from banking centers and internal partners via phone or email.
  • Meet team productivity standards and adhere to response time SLAs for requests.
  • Identify and participate in process improvement and regulatory change projects.
  • Work with line of business and external partners on special projects.
  • Provide accurate and timely updates to internal and regulatory databases.

Requirements

  • College Degree or 3 years of professional work experience.
  • Financial services or compliance experience is strongly desired.
  • Intermediate Word and Excel skills, including the ability to navigate, cut and paste, sort, and filter spreadsheets, with some experience in pivot tables, formulas, and VLookups.
  • Prior experience in a role with tight deadlines.
  • Ability to multitask and work in multiple systems simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with all levels of management.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills, managing a variety of duties concurrently.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Capable of showing initiative and providing regular follow-up.
  • Excellent professional demeanor.
