About the position

The Operations Specialist position at Feldco involves supporting the operations team by managing customer interactions, scheduling appointments, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and installation teams. This role is essential for maintaining customer satisfaction and operational efficiency within the company, which is recognized as a leader in the window and door industry.

Responsibilities

  • Calling clients to schedule service, measurement, and installation appointments.
  • Resolving product or service concerns by clarifying customer's issues.
  • Opening and maintaining customer accounts and updating the IT system.
  • Contributing to team results by working closely with field staff and other departments.
  • Receiving, assembling, filing, and organizing job packets.
  • Completing necessary paperwork and data entry to process permits and purchasing.
  • Processing on-order and completion payments for services and contracts.
  • Notifying Installation Companies of daily work and customer expectations.
  • Answering phones to assist customers when they call.

Requirements

  • One year of customer service experience.
  • Problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Must be a team player.
  • Must pass background check and drug screen.
