The Operations Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of clinical support activities at the branch location. This position is primarily focused on providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients, facilitating the management of medical records, payroll, and personnel activities. The Operations Specialist is responsible for performing data entry for admissions, maintaining compliance with physician orders, and ensuring accurate documentation of medical information. Additionally, the role involves auditing payroll reports, processing weekly payroll, and serving as the primary point of contact for caregiver payroll inquiries. The Operations Specialist also assists with caregiver onboarding, maintains personnel files, and coordinates with various departments to ensure the accuracy and security of caregiver credentials. In the realm of caregiver coordination, the Operations Specialist establishes and maintains orientation schedules, reviews weekly schedules, and ensures that all caregivers are informed of their assignments. Office support activities are also a key component of this role, which includes scanning and filing documentation, answering incoming calls, processing invoices, and managing office supplies.
