About the position

Feldco is seeking an Operations Specialist to join our dynamic and successful team in Menasha, WI. This full-time position operates Monday through Friday, with shifts from either 7am to 4pm or 8am to 5pm, depending on coverage needs. In this role, the Operations Specialist will be responsible for a variety of tasks that are crucial to our operations. This includes calling clients to schedule service, measurement, and installation appointments, as well as resolving product or service concerns by clarifying customer issues. The specialist will also open and maintain customer accounts, ensuring that our IT systems are updated accordingly. Collaboration is key, as the Operations Specialist will work closely with field staff and other departments to contribute to team results. Additional responsibilities include receiving, assembling, filing, and organizing job packets, completing necessary paperwork and data entry to process permits and purchasing, and processing on-order and completion payments for services and contracts. The specialist will also notify installation companies of daily work and customer expectations and assist customers over the phone when they call. This position is integral to maintaining our high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Calling clients to schedule service, measurement, and installation appointments.
  • Resolving product or service concerns by clarifying customer's issues.

Requirements

  • One year of customer service experience.
  • Problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Must be a team player.
  • Must pass background check and drug screen.
