About the position

The Operations Specialist, Supervisor at Conduent is responsible for providing escalated assistance and guidance to transaction processors, overseeing workflows, and supervising the performance of claims sent to the Electronic Mailroom (EMR). This role involves administrative tasks such as payroll management, staff scheduling, and communication with Human Resources and Management. The position requires advanced computer skills, management capabilities, and the ability to prepare reports, all while maintaining a flexible work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide escalated assistance and guidance to transaction processors.
• Monitor workflows and supervise performance of all claim types sent to EMR.
• Handle administrative tasks such as payroll, staff scheduling, and time-off management.
• Communicate effectively with Human Resources and Management.
• Prepare reports for management using Office Suite.
• Multi-task and work under pressure.

Requirements

• Advanced computer skills.
• High-school diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Flexible working hours and weekend availability.
• Advanced troubleshooting and customer service skills.
• Intermediate management skills.
• Ability to prepare reports for management using Office Suite.
• Completion of customer service and management courses.
• SQL Database management is a plus.
