About the position

The Operations Specialist at Medline Industries is responsible for ensuring proper inventory stocking across all branches within the division. This role involves coordinating with Product Managers and Inventory Management to develop action plans that enhance customer service while supporting activities related to Customer Instrument Sets.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of the Instrument ETA and expediting requests with vendors
• Assist in overflow of Custom Instrument Set building and delivering
• Work with AP to resolve any vendor discrepancies
• Manage rep communication and item movement for the Surgical Instrument Loaner Pool
• Manage the relationship between division and Instrument repair company
• Review backorder report, surplus report, HOTSHEETS, and open Purchase Order reports.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year relevant business or administrative support experience
• Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel
• Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Access
• Intermediate analysis and math skills.
