As a Operations Specialist within PNC's AMG's OPS FEES organization, you will be based in Cleveland, OH. You will work together to create new solutions which will provide our clients with an exceptional customer experience. Valued opinions, supported by collaborative teams, impact the success of the Commercial Lending Operations organization. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely from home, but must be available to work one time a month in the Cleveland Operations Center in Cleveland, OH. In this role, you will handle maintenance and coding fees, as well as be the processor for institutional accounts, while responding to the Line of Business in a timely manner, to answer questions and/or provide updates. Additionally, you will close accounts and calculate certain monthly and quarterly fees manually. You will work a schedule of 7:00 am - 4:00 pm.

Responsibilities

  • Execute complex transactions/processes utilizing standard procedures.
  • Reconcile complex transactions of high risk and financial value in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Identify and address exceptions and serve as a point of escalation for complex transactions.
  • Partner internally with service partners to route calls, documents or other action items to complete transactions.
  • Interact with external customers to complete transactions.
  • Ensure the appropriate materials, documentation and capacity are available to complete transactions.
  • Provide consultation and advice to internal and external customers.
  • Review existing processes, recommend improvements and drive implementation.
  • Serve as a subject matter resource for process improvement projects.
  • Train and onboard new hires.
  • Review transactions and related documents and verify work processes to ensure completeness, accuracy and conformance to established service levels and applicable procedures.
  • Review reports to identify exceptions, monitor quality and ensure compliance.
  • Participate in risk mitigation activities.

Requirements

  • Well versed in working excel knowledge
  • Detail oriented
  • Strong organization skills are required
  • University/college degree with < 1 year of professional experience or successful completion of a formal development program
  • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience may be considered.
