About the position

The Operations Specialist of Workforce Development at Kent Hospital is responsible for providing customer service support, managing multiple phone lines for patient information, and assisting with the daily needs of the main entrance for patients, visitors, and staff. This role ensures compliance and policy maintenance across all Care New England (CNE) operating units, contributing to a culture of lifelong learning and professional practice in support of program and workforce excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Accountable for the operations and delivery system supporting all programs and program managers.
  • Serves as customer service liaison at the information desk.
  • Responsible for data entry.
  • Responsible for developing and maintaining a culture of lifelong learning and professional practice in support of program and workforce excellence.

Requirements

  • High School diploma required; Associate's degree preferred.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in the Health Care Industry supporting high-quality customer service, data entry, and information technology support.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform in fast-paced environments and handle multiple duties.
  • Proficient in the English language; fluency in Spanish is helpful.
