The Operations Specialist at Allied Universal® Enhanced Protection Services plays a crucial role in supporting Special Project Managers and Clients, primarily focusing on executive protection requirements worldwide. This full-time position involves working 12-hour shifts, either during the day or night, and requires strong communication skills and the ability to operate effectively in high-pressure situations. The role is integral to global protective operations, providing operational support, technology assistance, and resource management.

Responsibilities

• Support Special Project Managers and Clients in executive protection requirements.
• Monitor and communicate during global protective operations.
• Provide standard and emergent operational support.
• Manage resources and facilitate Client and Agent interactions.
• Utilize a wide range of tools and technologies for daily operations.
• Prepare written factual reports of incidents with correct grammar and spelling.

Requirements

• Experience in Executive Protection, Operations, Security, or Emergency Management.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other database systems.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts, both day and night.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and sign an NDA.
