Livwell Brands is seeking an Operations Specialist to join our innovative and dynamic team at our headquarters in Hallandale Beach, FL. The Operations Specialist will play a crucial role in managing and streamlining daily operational tasks to ensure the smooth processing of orders through Electronic Data Interchange (EDI). This position is integral to providing exceptional customer support, managing purchasing activities, and maintaining financial records using QuickBooks. In this role, you will work closely with the CEO, assisting in various tasks while also supporting sales and marketing initiatives to drive company growth. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and processing incoming and outgoing orders through EDI, ensuring accurate and timely data entry, and resolving any discrepancies. You will also provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, managing customer accounts, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. Additionally, you will help manage the procurement of goods and services, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness while maintaining relationships with suppliers. Daily bookkeeping tasks will be performed using QuickBooks, including accounts payable/receivable and invoicing, while assisting in the preparation of financial reports and budgets. You will coordinate meetings and handle logistics for trade shows, as well as support the sales team with lead management and marketing efforts. This position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
