About the position

The Operations Specialist role is essential for managing the order lifecycle and ensuring effective communication between customers, vendors, and internal teams. This position supports operations across the USA and North America, contributing to the company's growth in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire order lifecycle, from receipt to delivery.
  • Ensure product availability and coordinate delivery and pickup timelines.
  • Act as a point of contact for customer and supplier communication.
  • Assist with chargeback and deduction investigations alongside the Customer Service Manager and Accounting team.
  • Support inventory management, stock planning, and product availability.
  • Oversee customer sales terms, pricing, promotional calendars, and marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer service roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in logistics and customer service.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
  • Strong customer relationship management skills.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate across functions.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
