As an Operations/Office Specialist in Bridgewater, SD, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility and providing excellent customer service. You will be the first point of contact for incoming calls and walk-in customers, assisting them with inquiries and guiding them through product options. Your responsibilities will include managing product inventory, coordinating custom fertilizer and spraying services, and operating a forklift for deliveries. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, supporting inventory control, and contributing to safety initiatives within the company. This position requires a proactive approach to ensure that customers receive the best possible service and that the facility operates efficiently. In this role, you will work under general supervision and will be expected to carry out general labor responsibilities promptly and efficiently.
