We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Analyst to join our Wealth Management Operations—Bannering Operations team. The ideal candidate will be an individual contributor responsible for supporting the operations of a small unit or work team, primarily focusing on Brokerage branch offices and Private Bank Client teams. The role involves assisting with daily functions, making strategic decisions, and collaborating with internal and external partners to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction. In this position, you will support Brokerage branch offices with Bannering and the visibility of clients' Bank relationships. You will also assist Private Bank Client teams with transitioning clients into or out of Private Bank services. Collaboration with partners across and outside the organization will be essential to achieve business goals. You will be expected to make strategic decisions, prioritize tasks, and manage your time effectively to exceed line-of-business objectives. Additionally, you will disseminate information regarding policies, procedures, roles, responsibilities, and regulatory requirements. Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance work efficiency and effectiveness will be a key part of your responsibilities. This role requires a strong commitment to client satisfaction and ownership of service delivery, along with excellent organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
