About the position

The Operations Specialist will join the Joint Accreditation Team at Project ECHO, focusing on generating evaluation components for various ECHO programs that require continuing education credits. This role involves collaborating with program teams and stakeholders to ensure compliance with accreditation guidelines, managing documentation, and facilitating post-event evaluations for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and work with ECHO programs to ensure required support documentation is submitted for each program.
• Track and maintain the monthly checklist with ongoing program information to assure compliance.
• Oversee the coordination and collection of monthly Feedback Reports for each ECHO program.
• Monitor attendance records and evaluation reports for appropriate filing.
• Develop timelines to track timely submission of monthly program schedules.
• Track monthly program schedules on the Monthly Checklist to monitor changes.
• Monitor disclosure forms for conflicts of interest and assist in the resolution process.
• Provide guidance in generating the Disclosure Statement for accurate inclusion on agendas and announcements.
• Provide specialized online training with partners on the accreditation process.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; at least 7 years of experience related to the duties specified.
• Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution may substitute for experience on a year-for-year basis.
