About the position

We are seeking a Data Analyst for our Operations team who will demonstrate strong overall office administration abilities and perform office support activities with initiative, professionalism, and leadership. The role involves understanding and working within the dynamic requirements of client organizations, building professional relationships, and ensuring the correct use of the maintenance management system.

Responsibilities

  • Understand and work within dynamic and complex requirements of client organizations.
  • Interact professionally and build relationships with a diverse group of staff and clients.
  • Follow up with project managers and multiple departments to ensure correct use of the maintenance management system.
  • Navigate client-specific systems to upload requested data, safety compliance items, invoices, and reports.
  • Assist Project Managers with scheduling, work order execution, documentation, and ordering.
  • Provide general office managerial services, including front desk administration tasks and executive support.
  • Review documents for neatness, grammatical correctness, quality, and consistency with document standards.
  • Participate in company informational meetings and training.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED
  • 1-3 years of previous experience
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills
  • Computer literacy; Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, data entry
  • Ability to enter data efficiently, timely, and correctly to meet deadlines
  • Well-developed verbal, listening, and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently or as a team player
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy and confidentiality
  • Ability to maintain a professional appearance and manner
  • Ability to contend with a wide variety of people on various issues
  • Ability to work in a busy office with constant interruptions
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
