Responsibilities

• Coordinate with insurance companies and manage permitting requirements for roofing and siding projects.
• Serve as a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing updates on project progress.
• Schedule services and installations for roofing, siding, and bath projects, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to timelines.
• Place and track orders for roofing, siding, and bath materials, maintaining accurate inventory and ensuring timely delivery to job sites.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during project execution, working collaboratively with team members and contractors to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Familiarity with roofing, siding, or bath projects is a plus but not required.
• Experience with permitting and working with insurance claims preferred.
• Proficiency with scheduling tools and order management systems.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
