Responsibilities

• Support file processing across client, network, and internal teams timely and accurately.
• Manage account level issues to and from firm/client.
• Correspond with clients and partners through email to forward information and resolve any issues at hand.
• Provide recommendations and suggestions for improvements in any aspects relating to increased performance.

Requirements

• High School diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.
• High attention to detail.
• Effective time management and communication skills.
• Strong mathematical skills.
• Solution-oriented approach to problems.
