About the position

The Operations Specialist III at Chickasaw Nation Industries will support administration, planning, and management of operations activities. This role focuses on improving operational management systems and processes to ensure organizational well-being, while also requiring the ability to obtain and maintain necessary customer clearances.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and participate in Integrated Product Team (IPT) meetings, providing administrative support and functional expertise.
• Schedule and execute recurring meetings and reviews, such as Staff Calls and Program Management Reviews.
• Update the strategic calendar with significant activities, travel, and events on a weekly basis.
• Schedule and collect program office inputs for quarterly Risk Management Board meetings.
• Manage daily operations processes to ensure a consistent flow of operations for organizational leaders.
• Communicate taskings from the Government Operation Director to Staff Directors and functional organizations.
• Engage stakeholders to plan for senior-level engagements in a dynamic environment.
• Analyze planning on projects to anticipate complications and develop innovative solutions.
• Prepare and distribute briefs based on stakeholder discussions to the PM and DPM.
• Review and analyze issues, providing recommendations for performance improvements.
• Develop, revise, and implement policies, plans, procedures, and directives.
• Prepare reports and presentations that outline the current status across organizational lines.
• Lead or serve on teams for various special programs/projects and recommend corrective actions for problem areas.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of seven (7) years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
