About the position

Axos Clearing LLC is seeking an Operations Specialist to join our Inbound Operations team. This role presents a unique opportunity to engage in critical functions of Axos Advisor Services, where the primary goal is to provide a seamless and timely account opening and maintenance experience for our customers. The Account Services Operations Analyst will be responsible for supporting new account openings and maintaining accounts for the Advisor Services business, as well as processing ACATS transfer requests. This position requires a hands-on team player who can manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining focus on the task at hand. Attention to detail, accuracy, and strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for success in this role. The Operations Specialist will review client forms and documentation to ensure they are complete and in good order. This includes manually processing requests with speed and accuracy, handling exception and reconciliation reports, and executing risk controls. The role also involves collaborating with team members to meet daily responsibilities and maintain excellent service levels. Proactive communication with Client Service Advocates is crucial to provide guidance and address any specific queries. Additionally, the Operations Specialist will identify and document process and system enhancements aimed at improving productivity, quality, and efficiency. Participation in special projects and assignments may also be required, along with working closely with all Operations functions to identify and implement process improvement opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Reviewing client forms & documentation for good order and completion.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Proven organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong prioritization skills and ability to adapt to change.
  • Dynamic and self-starting individual, able to work independently or as part of a team.
