About the position

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders, ensuring that all inquiries and issues are addressed promptly and effectively. You will track project progress meticulously, maintaining an organized overview of all ongoing projects to ensure deadlines are met and quality standards are upheld. Additionally, you will be tasked with maintaining contracts and invoices, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and up-to-date, which is crucial for the smooth operation of the business. Communication with vendors will also be a key part of your responsibilities, as you will need to coordinate with them to ensure that all materials and services are delivered on time and meet the company's standards. Furthermore, you will manage databases, ensuring that all information is accurately recorded and easily accessible for team members.

Responsibilities
