About the position

The Operations Specialist role at a global fashion eyewear company involves managing inventory transactions and collaborating with various internal departments to ensure accurate record-keeping and financial impact assessments. Responsibilities

• Responsible for accurate entry of all inventory transactions in MAS 500.
• Interact with internal partners including the warehouse, purchasing, sales, and customer service to understand product structure and GL structure.
• Assess the impact of transactions on business financials and record keeping.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in human resources or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of production inventory and production planning experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills.
• Excellent ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word.
