About the position

The Leasing Specialist role at Robert Half involves managing various operational tasks within the Real Estate Property/Facilities Management industry. The position focuses on preparing resident files, assisting with move-in and move-out procedures, and overseeing property financials. This is a short-term contract opportunity based in Saint Paul, Minnesota.

Responsibilities

  • Handle all aspects of preparing resident files, including the assembly of necessary paperwork and creation of move-in packets.
  • Contribute to the execution of move-in and move-out procedures, which includes conducting unit inspections.
  • Assist in managing property finances, including the collection and posting of rent.
  • Carry out property management duties, such as scheduling appointments, showing apartments, and verifying applications.
  • Answer incoming calls and greet visitors, providing high-quality customer service.
  • Assist applicants with the application process, ensuring all forms are accurately filled and complete.
  • Maintain up-to-date resident lists and handle resident relations appropriately.
  • Coordinate resident functions and work closely with resident services staff to meet resident needs.

Requirements

  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Experience with Yardi software is a plus.
  • Background in Real Estate Leasing is a plus.
  • Proven Customer Service skills.
  • Prior experience as a Leasing Consultant is highly desirable.
