Responsibilities

• Perform production tasks in the commercial kitchen.
• Receive shipments and manage inventory.
• Pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary workspace, including equipment and facilities.
• Use a computer and e-commerce platform to manage orders and customer correspondence.
• Stock the walk-in freezer and handle raw meat and produce.

Requirements

• Experience in food production or processing.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to handle and process raw meat and produce.
• Proficiency in computer skills, particularly with Macs.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 60 lbs for brief durations.
