In this role, you will be responsible for managing a fleet of 10 or more drivers, focusing on maximizing their availability and productivity. You will routinely review profit and loss statements for your assigned area, seeking ways to enhance profitability. Your leadership will be crucial in developing high-performing drivers through daily interactions, coaching, and positive reinforcement. Additionally, you will be tasked with meeting drive home time expectations and managing safety performance to achieve targets related to insurance and claims costs as a percentage of revenue. This position is not just about managing a fleet; it's about being part of a larger mission to provide exceptional service and support to our drivers and customers alike.
