About the position

Bizee is a rapidly growing technology company that has successfully served over 1 million business owners across the United States. We specialize in assisting businesses in becoming officially recognized and maintaining their compliance with state governments, allowing them to focus on growth. We are currently seeking an on-location Operations Specialist to join our team in Anchorage, Alaska. This position is part-time and offers a unique opportunity to work in a largely autonomous environment, where the Operations Specialist will independently manage the office operations. The primary responsibilities of the Operations Specialist will include handling incoming mail and performing light data entry tasks. The role requires a reliable self-starter who is detail-oriented and highly organized. The Operations Specialist will be expected to work 3 hours a day, Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 12 PM, totaling 15 hours each week. This position does not require a college degree, but candidates should have a strong work ethic and the ability to lift packages weighing up to 30 pounds. Additionally, transportation to and from USPS and/or FedEx stores will be required periodically to facilitate mail handling duties.

Responsibilities

Requirements
