About the position

The Operations Specialist at Welcome Home Atlanta is a pivotal role designed to enhance client experiences throughout the home-buying journey. This position serves as the first point of contact for clients, managing onboarding processes and ensuring seamless communication between various teams. As the company grows, the Operations Specialist will have opportunities for advancement into higher roles, including the potential to become the Director of Operations.

Responsibilities

  • Identify inefficiencies in workflows and recommend improvements to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate and manage ongoing projects, ensuring timelines are met and quality standards are maintained.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure data consistency across platforms to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Execute and oversee the client onboarding and administration processes, including managing documentation and scheduling.
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings and managing office supplies.
  • Manage and support the integration and use of software systems such as CRM and project management tools.
  • Collaborate with marketing, client care, and sales teams to align operational efforts with business goals.
  • Assist customer-facing teams in resolving client issues and maintaining high levels of service.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in real estate, hospitality, or client services.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, emphasizing empathy and clarity.
  • Problem-solving abilities to find solutions in challenging situations.
  • Tech-savvy with experience using CRM systems and project management tools.

Nice-to-haves

  • A high S and C personality in DISC, valuing support and attention to detail.
  • ISFJ or INFJ Myers-Briggs type, focusing on service and empathy.
  • Type 2 or Type 6 Enneagram personality, dedicated to helping others.
