About the position

As a full-time Operations Specialist at Delta Sonic, you will serve as a front-line representative responsible for ensuring high-quality vehicle cleaning and customer satisfaction. This role involves power-washing, drying, and detailing vehicles, as well as maintaining cleanliness in the work environment. The position offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for career growth within a team-oriented culture.

Responsibilities

• Power-wash vehicles prior to entering the car wash.
• Dry vehicles exiting the car wash.
• Thoroughly clean the interior of vehicles by vacuuming and wiping down all interior components.
• Master all interior services including shampooing and waxing.
• Sweep, mop, and pick up trash in the work area.
• Clean restrooms and perform light maintenance tasks.
• Remove snow as needed.
• Achieve 100% customer satisfaction by adhering to Delta Sonic's standards for car quality.

Requirements

• Full-time availability, Monday - Friday.
• Eagerness to work in a fast-paced, hands-on, and customer-focused position.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for providing great customer service.
• Detail-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions and extreme temperatures.
• Ability to work with a sense of urgency.
• Willingness to adhere to all safety regulations.
• Ability to stand, walk, and bend for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift moderate amounts of weight.
• A valid driver's license is preferred.
