Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operations in the processing facility and kitchen.
• Package food and assist with food production.
• Pack orders and manage inventory.
• Receive pallets and move 40 lb cases.
• Stock the walk-in freezer and maintain cleanliness.
• Clean and sanitize equipment, sinks, and bathrooms.
• Mop floors and ensure a tidy work environment.
• Use a computer and e-commerce platform to manage orders and customer correspondence.

Requirements

• Experience in food handling and processing, particularly raw meat and produce.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs for brief durations and carry 40 lbs for short distances.
• Proficiency in using computers and email, specifically on Macs.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
