About the position

Flagger Force, an industry leader in traffic control, is currently hiring an Operations Staffing Coordinator. This position will be based in our operations services center, part of our exciting corporate campus in Hummelstown, PA. The Operations Staffing Coordinator is primarily responsible for identifying top talent for field positions by pre-screening, conducting interviews, and completing appropriate background screening for qualified candidates. Coordinators will aim to meet daily, weekly, and monthly metrics while acting in accordance with company values, vision, and mission. In this role, you will develop a pool of qualified Crew Member candidates for assigned regions. You will pre-screen Crew Member candidates over the phone for minimum hiring requirements and interview them to determine their suitability for the position with Flagger Force. Additionally, you will conduct pre-employment checks for potential Crew Member candidates and schedule appropriate candidates for upcoming hiring events. Participation in scheduled launch and wrap-up meetings with the recruitment leadership team will be essential to determine the effectiveness of recruiting sources, sourcing strategies, and process improvements. Collaboration with all team members is necessary to promote team performance and culture. You will also attend job fairs and outside recruiting events as designated, acting as a brand ambassador by promoting career opportunities and job benefits of the Crew Member position. Attention to detail, task organization, and confidentiality of sensitive information are critical in this role. You will maximize daily call flow by managing conversations and queue awareness, and perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Associate's degree preferred.
  • Prior experience in a call center related environment and/or fast paced customer service background preferred.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office systems.
  • Effective communication, interpersonal, analytical and reasoning skills.
  • HRIS experience is a plus.
