About the position
As an Operations Supervisor at Securitas, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients. This position involves conducting security officer new hire orientations, mentoring supervisors, and holding posts at various sites as needed. You will be working in a branch office for 16 hours per week and providing field support for 24 hours per week. Our operations span across 45 markets, and we pride ourselves on delivering specialized guarding services and tech-enabled security tailored to our prestigious clients. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Knowledge of security operations with an emphasis on patrol, inspection, and response services
- Good organizational skills
- High results orientation
- Must have previous security and management experience
- Must have good communication and problem solving skills
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have strong computer skills
- Strong de-escalation skills are required
- Must have professional appearance and able to adapt to change
- Valid Drivers License and clear driving record needed
