Operations Supervisor

About the position

The Operations Supervisor at CVS Health plays a crucial role in supporting the store management team by overseeing store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving store performance. Responsibilities

• Supervise the store's crew by assigning, directing, and following up on all activities.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crew members.
• Assist customers with their questions, problems, and complaints, promoting a positive shopping experience.
• Handle customer relations issues in accordance with company policy.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves as needed.
• Support the planning and execution of displays and inventory for promotional and seasonal merchandise.

Requirements

• Deductive reasoning ability and analytical skills.
• Advanced communication, supervision, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts.
