Responsibilities

  • Support Operations Department with a variety of tasks, such as updating processing receipts and maintaining purchase order records
  • Computer tracking
  • Drive the duty drawback process
  • Process inbound receipts in MAS and AREV
  • Generate ASNs for material receipt
  • Item set up Vendor set up in AREV
  • Provides internal and external department support
  • Maintain monthly purchase order files
  • Validate invoices
  • Takes initiative to develop and implement new processes and procedures when necessary
  • Performs related additional duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Strong product knowledge
  • Good mathematical and analysis skills
  • Demonstrated customer service orientation
  • Accurate and professional written and verbal communication
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Driven to meet goals, generate results, and overcome objectives
  • Possess good computer skills and knowledge of computer software
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, NetSuite experience a plus
  • Meet deadlines for completion of the delegated task
