About the position

The J.R. Simplot Company is seeking a Warehouse and Delivery Associate to perform various responsibilities including the delivery of chemical products, warehouse organization, inventory management, and equipment maintenance. This role is essential in ensuring efficient operations within the agricultural sector, contributing to the company's farm-to-table mission.

Responsibilities

• Loading and delivering chemicals to customers.
• Operating a forklift.
• Receiving and unloading product and performing warehouse inventory and storage functions.
• Assisting with recordkeeping related to warehouse/inventory responsibilities.
• Performing equipment and plant maintenance including herbicide pump overhauls, painting, and general housekeeping responsibilities.
• Assisting with special projects and attending training sessions as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• CDL Class A License with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Proficiency with smart devices and Electronic Log Devices (ELDs).
• One plus years of related experience.
• Knowledge of basic farm equipment and operation.
• Ability and willingness to work Ag Industry hours as needs dictate.
