About the position

The Operations Support Analyst position at Fathom Management LLC is a full-time role located in Fort Belvoir, VA, with a hybrid work model allowing employees to work from home three days a week. The salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $95,000, depending on experience and performance during the technical interview. The successful candidate must possess an active Secret Clearance, as this role supports the Defense Threat Reduction Agency's (DTRA) Mission Support Division. In this role, the Operations Support Analyst will serve as a key member of the contract team, providing essential on-site support to assist in the planning and execution of program requirements. The analyst will act as the primary Point of Contact (POC) for various administrative and operational support tasks, as well as interagency coordination. Responsibilities include coordinating interagency participation in events and meetings, maintaining Defense Travel System (DTS) information for government personnel, and providing general administrative support to the Chief of State (CoS) of the On-Site Inspection and Building Capacity Directorate. The analyst will also be responsible for updating DTRA's Mission Data Reporting System (MDRS), preparing Significant Activities Reports (SARs), and managing other event tracking tools necessary for mission-related activities. Additional duties include producing and tracking Travel Authorization Requests (TARs), generating Trip Reports and Travel Expense Reports with 100% accuracy, and ensuring compliance with company and DTRA policies. The role requires daily timekeeping with complete accuracy and adherence to company standards. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and a solid understanding of financial management, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with the Defense Travel System (DTS).

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate interagency participation in events and meetings.
  • Compile and maintain Defense Travel System (DTS) information for government personnel.
  • Provide general administrative support to the On-Site Inspection and Building Capacity Directorate's Chief of State (CoS).
  • Support the completion of various administrative taskers, editing, and filing documents, reports, and other files as directed.
  • Provide updates to DTRA's Mission Data Reporting System (MDRS) and Significant Activities Reports (SARs).
  • Distribute and submit approved reports related to mission activities.
  • Accomplish other technical and administrative duties in support of the DTRA A&AS contract as assigned by the Chimera Program Manager.
  • Provide monthly performance input to the Chimera Program Manager.
  • Produce and track Travel Authorization Requests (TARs).
  • Generate Trip Reports and Travel Expense Reports to 100% accuracy and in accordance with company and DTRA policies.
  • Record timekeeping daily with 100% accuracy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Understanding of financial management.
  • Active Secret Clearance is mandatory.
  • Highly functional with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Familiarity with the Defense Travel System (DTS).
  • Ability to occasionally lift equipment, material, and supplies weighing up to 20 pounds.
