About the position

The Associate IPS Coordinator at KLS Martin is responsible for coordinating Individual Patient Solutions (IPS) cases and performing general office functions. This entry-level position aims to build competence in the daily tasks of an IPS Coordinator I, with the intention of advancing to that role. The position involves direct communication with internal team members, surgeons, and other medical professionals to ensure effective management of IPS cases.

Responsibilities

• Learn and demonstrate the ability to create, check, and manage incoming data.
• Monitor and respond to emails in the IPS Coordinator and personal inboxes.
• Manage cases in IPS Gate and update case-related data on internal documents.
• Manage documents detailing surgeon preferences and assist with calls from the sales team and surgeons regarding IPS cases.
• Communicate internal timeline requirements to sales teams, surgeons, and other medical personnel.
• Perform additional administrative tasks and schedule meetings based on availability of surgeons and internal members.
• Collaborate with IPS Planning Engineers to maintain a reasonable workload.

Requirements

• AS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to learn new software quickly.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate at all levels internally and externally.
• Customer support skills and ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
