About the position

The Operations Support Coordinator at US Med-Equip plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the operations group. This position involves coordinating various operational and compliance activities, providing administrative support for reporting, and assisting in the implementation of process improvements. The role requires collaboration with various internal departments and external suppliers to maintain operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Support Operations and Risk Management teams with required information by updating spreadsheets with data pulled from various systems for reporting and implementation.
  • Ensure compliance and timely resolution of Operations and Risk Management issues by partnering closely with Field Management, Accounting Purchasing and other departments to resolve open items.
  • Responsible for setup and maintaining support services and vendors for all branches across the county.
  • Setup and maintaining all Business and Quality Licensing in all branches to include Certificate of Occupancy, Medical Equipment Distributor and Bedding Licensing.
  • Maintain and monitor updated Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions revision controls in SharePoint.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years experience in an administrative/coordinator role.
  • Experience in Quality Reporting and data management.
  • Experience working with external suppliers to support all branches across the US.
  • High proficiency with Excel and other Office products.
  • Outstanding listening, communication, collaboration, organization and problem-solving skills.
  • Highest integrity and relentless commitment to delivering value to customers and co-workers.
  • Resourcefulness in a fast-paced environment with a readiness to embrace change.
  • Strong organizational, attention-to-detail, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
