About the position

The Operations Support Coordinator at Glantz plays a crucial role in providing customer service and support for order placement, shipping, and distribution. This position involves managing inventory processes and ensuring accurate order processing while assisting customers and sales teams in generating quotes and fulfilling orders.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with order placement, shipping, and distribution.
  • Verify product availability and delivery methods, including placing orders with vendors.
  • Enter orders into the inventory software (Trend) to complete order processing.
  • Fill out order transactions, determine service charges, and prepare change of address records.
  • Review reports, create and maintain records, and resolve reporting variances or exceptions.
  • Solicit sales of new or additional products and assist outside salespeople with customer quotes.
  • Assist customers with Will Call orders and serve as a back-up Delivery Driver when needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 1 year of customer service experience or equivalent training.
  • Good driving record.
