The manager will prepare and present statistical information to the management team using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, serving as the primary point of escalation for customer concerns related to deliveries. The position involves addressing customer complaints and resolving issues through effective communication, as well as developing and implementing solutions to address delivery concerns. In addition to customer interaction, the Operations Support Manager will reconcile variances in the ERP system and the warehouse to ensure accuracy, keeping customers informed about changes to scheduled due dates. The role also includes ensuring the accuracy and completeness of departmental activities and documents, supervising the activities of CSS and PBS associates, and collaborating with shipping, receiving, production, and other departments to perform root cause analysis on discrepancies. The manager will process bulk sales orders within the ERP system and audit processes to ensure organizational accuracy and departmental goal achievement. The position requires planning, assigning, and directing work, as well as motivating employees to achieve goals. The manager will oversee the employee life cycle, including interviewing, hiring, onboarding, performance management, and conducting training for all direct associates. The role also involves managing and enforcing company policies and performing other duties as assigned by the General Manager.
